I am 68. Would you suggest I do your white-blue-gold exercises before or after I do about 30 minutes of cardio on a stationary bicycle or treadmill. I have your stretching exercise program and really like it.

I have been a bit of a fitness nut most of my life and was voted into the PGA in 1994. Many years ago I read a book called the Egoscue Method of Health through motion and it looks as though you have captured and use many of there concepts. Have you worked with them in the past and what is your view of ‘The Egoscue Method’?
